Feature Film: The General In-Person
As we tour the U.S. in our It Happened in America film series, we’re taking a side trip for It Happened on a Train: A Film Series. Come for four wild U.S. train rides with kidnappers, a psychopath, a brave engineer, and international tourists on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
Tonight, enjoy The General (1926), starring Buster Keaton and Marion Mack. During the Civil War, southern locomotive engineer Johnnie Gray fights to recapture his train “The General” when it and Johnnie’s girlfriend Annabelle Lee are caught by Union spies.
